CNC TURNING
CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape.
Gundrilling, CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Honing, Assembly, Manual Machining
GUNDRILLING
Consist of a process of drilling deep holes beyond what is possible with conventional machinery and tooling such as twist drills.
HONING
Honing uses a special tool, called a honing stone or a hone, to achieve a precision surface. The hone is composed of abrasive grains that are bound together with an adhesive.
CNC MILLING
CNC milling is a form of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining. Milling uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool. The cutter in a milling machine is able to move along multiple axes, and can create a variety of shapes, slots and holes.
MANUAL MACHINING
Manual machining involves the machining of a part on the engine lathe or the manual mill. The engine lathe is operated manually and is often used for cylindrical work pieces. The manual mill is most often used for rectangular or flat work pieces.
